These apple spice cupcakes with cream cheese frosting are perfect for Thanksgiving (or any fall/winter celebration)!

Cars cupcakes

 

These cute little Cars cakes were made to celebrate a two-year-old’s birthday. The cakes are apple spice and the frosting is cream cheese (of course). I used white fondant and coloring gel to make the colors, then shaped little cars. The only ones I worried about being fairly accurate with were Lightning McQueen and Tow-mater; the others were just whatever I thought was cute.

I have to say that the apple spice is most definitely one of my favorite flavors.
