This is my first attempt at a rose cake and it was more difficult than I thought it would be. For some reason, my side roses kept slipping off, but once I got them positioned, I was very proud of the cake.
It’s a lemon cake with tons of delicious buttercream. What do YOU think?

I love the look of these cupcakes . . .
White cakes topped with pure-white buttercream. I added a bit of white sanding sugar and a few red and green sprinkles before topping them with red and green fondant stars. I think they are rather elegant.

A new take on pink lemonade cupcakes . . . two dozen of these sold in less than an hour.
Classic yellow cake with ganache (whipped cream and dark chocolate) . . . not sure if there is a shortcut to come close to the taste of these. I guess you could use canned frosting (can you put canned in a bag with a tip?), but it will never have the richness of actual ganache.
These luscious lemon cupcakes topped with lemon buttercream smelled soooooo good that I almost (almost) hated to let them go . . .
Hand-dipped chocolate cupcakes are STILL a big hit . . . .
